Taking SEREDYN: Possible Side Effects

Many people that take SEREDYN experience no side effects (according to informal surveys of SEREDYN users). When side effects do occur, they tend to be mild and often go away.

Possible side effects include:

  • drowsiness
  • fatigue
  • stomach upset
  • headache
  • restlessness
  • morning grogginess (if taken before bed)
  • increasing the effects of sedative drugs
  • lowering of blood pressure

When taken as directed, SEREDYN is not addictive or habit-forming. Do not exceed the recommended amount. Please read the Directions for Use before taking SEREDYN.
